Return / Refund / Exchange Policy

Returns

Our return policy permits you to return eligible merchandise for a refund to the original form
of payment at the original selling price, as long as the return is initiated with within 30 days of
the shipping carrier’s marked delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your order was
delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return you must have paid for your order and have no open chargebacks
or payment disputes. Gift cards, if available, are not eligible for returns.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
(a) unused
(b) in the same condition you received it
(c) tags on & in the original polybag packaging

There are certain situations where refunds may not be granted, or only partial refunds will be
granted at Bloomefield discretion:
(a) Obvious signs of use
(b) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to
our error
(c) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
(d) Customers / Orders that have pending chargebacks or other disputes

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected (typically in 1-3 business of receipt, but
occasionally longer), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and
processed your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3 to 7 business
days (timing is at the discretion of payment and card issuers and may take 14 days or more).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you received a refund approval from us, but haven’t received a refund yet, first check your
bank account again. Then contact your bank, debit/credit card company, or other payment

provider. In certain situations it can take 14 days or even longer before your refund is
officially posted to your bank or debit/credit card provider.

Exchanges

We will grant one free exchange for a similarly priced product for each item purchased. To
be eligible for an exchange the item must meet the return criteria listed above (ie, including,
but not limited to, unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached). Items being exchanged
must be returned following the above return policy. If you need to exchange an item, please

All exchanges will be mailed with a shipping carrier and method/speed at Bloomefield’s
discretion. Unless otherwise noted, outbound exchanges will be mailed after receipt and
inspection of the original item at our warehouse.
Exclusions
Any item may be marked final sale on it’s product page. If an item is marked final sale that
supersedes the above policy and the item may not be returned or exchanged unless
approved by customer service.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a
gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will
be e-mailed to you or mailed to you at the address the item was originally shipped to.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to
themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out
about your return.

Shipping

Please see our FAQs page for the most updated shipping availability. Outbound shipping
pricing is set at our Checkout Page and may be updated over time. Typically we ship within
the Continental United States, however, at our discretion we may include other states or US
Territories such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam.
For eligible returns and exchanges we typically offer standard shipping free of charge. We
will supply you with a pre-paid return mailing label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you,
may vary.
